I’m back up to 160 lbs. but even worse is I just tried to do the 100 workout (one I used to be able to do without hesitation) and I only got to 80. This is pathetic. Now that my man is living 3,000 miles away I need to take all the energy I was putting into that back into getting in shape. I don’t want to be rail thin, I want to be in shape. I want to kick ass. I want definition. I want energy.
Let’s fucking do this, ladies. Not for anyone but ourselves.
